Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

contact us. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in original, unused and resalable condition.
Exchanges will be given for a different size. In other words, if the Grill Grip you ordered does not fit your grill handle, we will exchange the Grill Grip for a size that fits. Please keep in mind each individual Grill Grip is a custom fit.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. ANY RETURN WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING AND HANDLING FEE. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. EXCHANGED ITEMS WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING AND HANDLING FEE AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
